• Consulting/coaching calls - these can be used by the business owner, individual team members, or groups (working sessions, coaching, etc.)
• Development of processes or systems - connecting with team members to understand gaps, mapping out simple lightweight processes to resolve them 
• Review and feedback on team-related content, or creation of new content - for example job descriptions, processes, SOPs, plans, etc.
