August 6, 2024

Hiring is hard. From finding the right candidates to interviewing to onboarding, the whole process takes hours and hours of you and your team members time.

And it’s expensive. It’s estimated that the cost of employee turnover is up to 2X that employee’s salary – let alone the morale killer it becomes for your team when it’s happening all of the time.

So when Gallup released a recent study indicating that 42% of employee turnover can be prevented, I knew I had to talk about it.

Instead of letting your team or business be a revolving door of high turnover; or to even have to stress about losing the great talent you worked so hard to hire, in this week’s episode of Managing Made Simple, I dive into three key strategies for retaining your best employees and building a loyal, high-performing team.
