Quick spoiler – that question is “WHY?” Why you take that step, make that move, do that thing.
Answering this question not only gives our team members helpful context they need to replicate our success, it gives us a chance to validate if a step in our process is even needed. More often than that, there’s a step (or three) in anything we’ve been doing for a while where the answer to “why” is “because it’s how I’ve always done it,” and it’s a chance to remove or adjust that step.
Feeling like you’re too crucial to certain processes to hand them off? This episode will change your mind and show you how to expand your capacity by empowering others.
