Spending a decade in big tech, driving Team Operations within Microsoft, Apple, and Google, I was the Ops Manager and managed the Ops Manager that I will be training and developing through this program. I felt their frustrations, I know their pain, and I teach from lived experience not theoretical frameworks.

Nope! My philosophy to team ops and process is LESS IS MORE. I will show participants how to remove steps and look for efficiencies, making it EASIER to get work done.
Depending on the arrangement you make with your Ops person, I can send bi-weekly status reports. This is something we will discuss in our 3-way onboarding call so everyone is aligned and I can still maintain trust with your team member.
It all depends on how effectively these systems are working on your team. For example, many companies have some kind of process for onboarding, but fewer have mapped out an entire experience with success metrics at respective stages. Same with work tracking - most companies track work in some way, but is the system working or causing more headaches; or is everyone using the system in the same way?
